Futures Prop Firms With No Consistency Rule: Plan-by-Plan Matrix 2026
· By PropScope · Stage verified per plan
No futures prop firm removes the consistency rule everywhere, so the stage is everything. Phidias 25K Static, 10K Drawdown and Express to Live have no consistency rule at any stage. MyFundedFutures (Rapid/Pro/Flex) and Alpha Futures (Advanced/Premium) waive it on the funded account, where it matters most for payouts. Below is the exact stage for every qualifying plan, plus verified discounts.
Highlighted: every plan waives the consistency rule
MyFundedFutures and Alpha Futures stand out because all of their plans remove the consistency rule at one stage — and in their main plans, that stage is the funded account itself.

The matrix: where each plan waives the consistency rule
Each row is one plan. "Waived at" is the stage with no consistency rule; "Still applies" is where a consistency rule (and its percentage) remains. Discounts are firm-wide and verified June 2026.
Funded / Every stage = no consistency rule where it pays out ·
Evaluation / Challenge = no rule only while passing ·
Percentages under "Still applies" are consistency-rule caps, not discounts.
What is the consistency rule and why "no consistency rule" matters
The consistency rule caps how much of your total profit a single day can represent. A 30% consistency rule means your best day cannot exceed 30% of your cumulative profit; a 50% rule means no single day can be more than half of the total. It is designed to reward steady trading and block one-lucky-day passes — but it can also delay payouts when one strong session pushes a single day over the cap.
❌ With a consistency rule
A single great day can push you over the cap, freezing a payout until your other days "catch up". For traders who hit occasional large winners — news days, breakouts — this can block withdrawals even on a profitable account.
✅ No consistency rule (at the right stage)
When the rule is waived on the funded account, your real payouts are never blocked by one big day. When it is waived only on the evaluation, passing is easier but the rule returns once funded — so always confirm the stage before buying.
If you want payouts that never get blocked by a big day, pick a plan that waives the rule on the funded account. If you only need to pass, an evaluation-stage waiver is enough.
Best current discounts (these plans DO keep a consistency rule)
These firms and plans do apply a consistency rule, so they are not part of the no-rule matrix above. They are listed only for their current verified discount — useful if price matters more to you than the rule.

Frequently asked questions about prop firms with no consistency rule
No single firm removes it from every plan at every stage, so the stage matters. Phidias 25K Static, 10K Drawdown and Express to Live have no consistency rule at any stage. MyFundedFutures Rapid/Pro/Flex waive it on the funded account (Builder on the evaluation). Alpha Futures Advanced/Premium waive it on the funded account (Zero on the evaluation). FXIFY Expert waives it on the evaluation, TopOne Elite Access/Daily and Aqua Standard waive it on the challenge, and Earn2Trade TCP/Gauntlet Mini have no rule on LiveSim and live.
It depends on the plan and stage. Rapid, Pro and Flex apply a 50% consistency rule on the evaluation but remove it once you are funded. Builder is the opposite: no consistency rule on the evaluation, with a 50% rule once funded. Every plan waives it at one stage, which is why MyFundedFutures is highlighted. Current discount: 40% OFF with code PROPSCOPE.
It depends on the plan. Advanced and Premium apply a 50% consistency rule on the evaluation but remove it once you are funded. Zero is the opposite: no consistency rule on the evaluation, with a 40% rule once funded. All three plans waive it at one stage. Current discount: 25% OFF with code PROPSCOPE.
It is better when you want to take a few large winning days without a payout being blocked, or while scaling an aggressive strategy. The stage is what matters: waiving the rule on the funded account (MyFundedFutures Rapid/Pro/Flex, Alpha Advanced/Premium) protects your real payouts, while waiving it only on the evaluation (Alpha Zero, FXIFY Expert) just makes passing easier. A fully waived plan such as Phidias 25K Static removes it end to end. If you trade evenly day to day, the rule rarely affects you and price should weigh more.
It caps how much of your total profit a single day can represent. A 30% rule means your best day cannot exceed 30% of cumulative profit; at 50% your best day cannot be more than half. It rewards steady trading and blocks one-lucky-day passes. The percentage and the stage where it applies vary by firm and plan — see the consistency rule guide for the full mechanics.
